Panorama goes undercover to investigate the pressures of working in one delivery unit, speaking to unhappy customers as well as couriers who say they struggle to make a living. Evri disputes these claims and says it provides a fast, reliable and cost-effective delivery service. It also says its couriers earn more than the national minimum wage.

Santa sends his naughty helper Elfred to join Danny Sebastian in presenting this fabulously festive episode of the show. Away from the fair, Danny visits Estelle Bilson, whose terraced house is transformed every year into a winter wonderland festooned with decorations – some date back to the late 1800s! After a busy shop, the teams head to Derbyshire, where they receive a warm seasonal welcome from bidders in James Lewis’s saleroom.
