Friendships start to form among the children but one of the Tamworth boys discovers a cultural divide when he develops feelings for a Muslim girl. The children have a lesson about race and terrorism, some of the girls speak about the restrictions their parents place on them, and the Saltley students get a culture shock on their first day at the white Tamworth school. With many areas of Britain effectively segregated, can these children begin to solve a problem that the adult world has failed to fix?

Stu and Sophie are pumping iron and eating six huge meals every day. They are on a mission to win the World Bodybuilding Finals in Las Vegas. We see how their extreme training regime affects their physical and mental health and their relationship.

Thirty-three-year-old Stu Mac is the only professional in Scotland in the international WBFF Bodybuilders Federation. Sophie, at just 23, is the only Scottish professional female in her class. With combined Instagram followers of 150,000 they are also developing a loyal following and are on the cusp of becoming social media influencers.

To achieve the extreme physiques required to step on stage, Stu and Sophie first go through the ‘bulk’ - a process which involves eating over 6,000 calories a day, while simultaneously increasing the weights they lift at the gym. As the competition date approaches, they then turn to the ‘cut’, drastically reducing their food intake. Cameras follow them through the whole process as their body fat plummets.

Over eight months of filming, Sophie and Stuart are brutally honest about the lengths that they will go to achieve the perfect body. From stomach churning workouts, to fake tans and sparkling bikinis, as their story unfolds, their determination to succeed takes its toll on their relationship.
