For over 500 years, the Welsh city of Newport was concealing a unique time capsule; an incredibly well-preserved 15th Century shipwreck. Following an international team of experts, Sean Fletcher investigates the secrets of this medieval trading galleon found by accident in 2002, her international significance and how two of Europe’s most turbulent and violent wars shaped her fate. On Sean’s mission, he discovers what this trading galleon carried, and to where and a possible powerful owner. He also sheds light on a possible connection to the Wars of the Roses.
