App lists now show only the source providing an update when an update is available. All available sources can be viewed in the detail view
The Homebrew "Metadata" source now works without Homebrew installed

Fixed an issue where some Settings views resized incorrectly on macOS 15
Fixed an issue where updating Updatest would prompt to close the app
